I got this shot as we walked along the trail in Ten Thousand Islands Preserve in SW Florida. This Anhinga popped up from the water just a few feet away and hoped onto a tree limb with his catch. Luckily I was able to get off a couple of shots before she jumped back in and swam to the other side of the canal to juggle her catch into position before swallowing it whole.
